Juliann has been a hair stylist for close to 2 decades. 15 of those years, right here at Rage Salon. A graduate of San Jose City College of Cosmetology, she also holds numerous certificates of achievement from, to name a few, Redken Color Design, Fransei, Goldwell Scruples and more. She advidly enjoys long hair spiral perming, lash and brow tinting, shaping and all around design. She manages her own schedule and can be reached at (408) 499-0275 for appointments.
